BRAMHA is also credited for venturing into bringing in First Five Star Hotel to Pune, previously known as Hotel Le Meridien, Pune and now known as “Sheraton Grand”. This internationally acclaimed Hotel was conceived, constructed and developed under the able stewardship of Shri. Surendrakumar Agarwal, Ex-Director & Promoters of the then Bramha Bazaz Hotels Limited. This Hotel is managed with marketing and operational expertise provided by world renowned international hotel chain then known as Starwood Hotels and now Marriott International, Inc.

Likewise, another land mark of Pune City viz; “Residency Club”, promoted by the then ‘Citizens Sports & Recreation Club Pvt. Limited (CSRC)’, was also conceived, constructed and developed under the leadership of Mr. Surendrakumar Agarwal & Mr. Vishal Agarwal, Ex-Directors of then CSRC. This Club was further renovated and modernized, again with the creative insight and vision of Shri. Mr. Vishal Agarwal, Ex-Director of CSRC.

These two landmarks in Pune stand out from all other similar entities for its architectural design, quality, exceptional service and state of the art facilities and amenities.

The Directors have forayed into further diversification and expansion in hospitality industry. They have conceived and constructed an ultra-modern Club with state of the art facilities and amenities at Mahabaleshwar known as MPG Club. This Club is owned by these Directors and operated and managed under the expertise of Royal Orchid Hotels Group.
